Order Confirmation & Policy Agreement
By placing an order through the Nicole’s Foundry website, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and accepted this Return & Refund Policy.
Completing a purchase confirms that:

You have reviewed and accepted the conditions and timeframes for returns

You agree to follow the return procedure as described below

In the case of a dispute or chargeback, this policy and all related order documentation may be used as supporting evidence
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided all conditions below are met.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

Only standard inspection and handling may have taken place

Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once received, returns are reviewed within 7 business days. Nicole’s Foundry reserves the right to decline returns if items show signs of wear, misuse, damage, or alteration not caused by us.
Return Process
To start a return request:

Photos of the item (required for damaged or defective items)

Your full name and shipping address

Wait for return approval and instructions before sending your item
Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may be refused. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing info@nicoles-foundry.com and include:

A short description of the issue

Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
After review:

A replacement may be offered depending on availability and the nature of the issue

In some cases, returning the item may not be required
Replacement orders for confirmed defects are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
If your package is lost during transit:

Contact our support team with your order number and tracking information

We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if the loss is confirmed
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a $35 CAD deduction will be applied to the refund to cover administrative and shipping costs.
Order Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal
Under Canadian consumer protection guidelines, customers may request cancellation within 30 days of receipt.
Please note:

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it after delivery by following the return process
To request cancellation before shipment, email info@nicoles-foundry.com with a clear cancellation request. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Chargebacks & Dispute Handling
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we may submit relevant documentation to the financial institution, including:

Shipping and tracking records

Email correspondence and submitted images
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may impact eligibility for future orders.
Additional Information

All returns are sent to our central fulfillment warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense

Nicole’s Foundry is not responsible for customs delays or clearance issues

Returns of hygiene-sensitive items that show signs of use will not be accepted
-
Return shipping is not complimentary and must be arranged by the customer
